How we work

We manage the entire import process

From the initial assessment to receipt of goods and batch quality control, we coordinate each stage with the support of our Technical Director and Regulatory Affairs Department.

    Assessment, documentation and registration

    • We assess the products and the requirements for selling them in Argentina.
    • We review the manufacturer’s documentation, formulas and labels.
    • We prepare the dossier and manage the applicable ANMAT registrations and submissions.
    • We coordinate the studies or tests required for each product.

    Direct imports and overseas payments

    • We coordinate the operation with the supplier in the country of origin.
    • We make overseas payments under the agreed terms.
    • We gather and review the commercial documentation required for the import.
    • Before we begin, we agree the scope, costs and terms of the operation with you.

    Logistics and receipt in Argentina

    • We coordinate international transport and customs clearance.
    • We track the shipment and the documentation for the operation.
    • We coordinate transport to the authorized warehouse and receipt of the products.
    • We keep you informed of progress and any adjustments that may be required.

    Batch quality control and release

    • We verify quantities, batch identification and the products received.
    • We review the labeling and apply supplementary labels where required.
    • We perform quality controls and retain the required samples.
    • Our Technical Director assesses the results and releases the products before they go on sale.
